RETURN CONDITIONS

Regarding the products you want to return, the box, packaging, and standard accessories, if any, of the products, provided that they have not been used completely and undamaged, and have not lost their re-salability, within 30 days from the day the product is delivered, you can report your return request by making a notification to the addresses below or calling our call center at +90 216 650 97 57, and then send it to the address below via Yurtiçi. Returns cannot be processed for return requests exceeding 30 days.

Returns are not processed for the following transactions: (i) products whose prices vary depending on financial market conditions and are not under our control, (ii) products whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery and whose return is not suitable for health and hygiene, (iii) products that deteriorate rapidly or are likely to expire, (iv) products prepared in line with your demands and personal needs, (v) products that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated by their nature, (vi) books, digital content and computer consumable products provided in the material environment if their protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package are opened after delivery, (vii) products related to periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, except those provided under the subscription agreement, (viii) services performed instantly in electronic environment or intangible products delivered immediately to the consumer, and (ix) products which should be done on a specific date or period, or products related to the use of leisure time for accommodation, moving goods, car rental, catering and entertainment or recreation
